Recruitment Information

01 Recruitment Types
- Batch recruitment: Routine recruitment that is conducted three times a year.
- Ad-hoc recruitment: Recruitment that occurs outside of the regular schedule to fill a specific and urgent job opening.
02 How to Apply
- Access the Dong-A Socio Group recruitment website and fill out the job application form.
- During the application process, we may request for additional documents, but these will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time. (Agreement of consent)
03 Recruitment Process
- Application Screening → Online Interview (AI-based competency evaluation) → Technical Interview → Executive Interview → Medical Examination → Job Offer (However, this process may be simplified depending on the circumstance)
04 Other Details
- In accordance with relevant laws, persons eligible for veterans benefits shall be granted preferential treatment in employment.
- If contents of your application are found to be false, you may be disqualified from the hiring process or your job offer may be withdrawn.
