On January 2nd, STgen Bio held the “2023 New Year Town Hall Meeting” with all of the employees at the company, including the CEO Kyung Eun Choi, to celebrate the start of a hopeful new year.
Breaking away from the traditional new year kick-off ceremony format, the town hall meeting was aimed to promote communication and sharing of new year’s wishes among the employees. Starting with Dong-A Socio Group’s new year’s message, the event included introducing new hires and newly appointed young leaders, watching videos of employee engagement activities from the previous year, and sharing each unit’s strategies and key priorities for the upcoming year.
Through her new year’s speech, Kyung Eun Choi stated her hopes of “building our own young organizational culture in becoming a solid foundation for our future as a global bio firm,” and also emphasized that “if you have a positive mindset and an unbreakable will, you can accomplish anything this year, including the company's goals.” She addressed “positive mindset,” “unbreakable will” and “our own organizational culture” as this year’s keywords.
In an intimate atmosphere, the employees had rice cakes and exchanged well wishes for the coming year. Some enjoyed shooting selfies or taking pictures with the CEO.
